    • Items most often Miss price are overpriced. I was told that I could not buy a litter mat that goes to a litter box unless I bought an $85 litter box when the litter mat is sold separately at Walmart or PetSmart will not be shopping there anymore. The little girl behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful will be contacting Management .

    • New owners are not as friendly or helpful as previously 2 owners, prices are a lot higher than when originally opened. The selection and inventory are much larger and organized. Store hours are posted but not followed...been x2 and doors locked in my face with 45 minutes left till closing.. I hate posting negative reviews, but it's frustrating and disappointing.

    • I love bin shopping. So l was overjoyed to shop at Bins on Bins. My first time since their opening date. I found many wonderful items. The check out lines were long. However they worked them down very quickly. On my second shopping experience. I was really enjoying my experience until one employee decided to count and bag items as we shoppers stood in checkout line. She then would relate to cashiers how many items we had. She intensively looked at bagged items that I had. "Closed inside a zip bag". She took out the two items from one bag. She told me I had to pay for them separately. My opinion is: If I dig through stuff for" 3 hours."Who is she to decide my already packed in bags items should be opened by her and sold separately??!! Also I understand her being pregnant, but why was she dressed so tacky? Wearing house shoes and short pants. Unprofessional.

    • If you like the hunt to find deals, this place is for you. If you can't stand merchandise not perfectly sorted into rows, this place is not for you. Spacious store (former Paul Michaels) with lots of parking. Good prices. Follow their Facebook page to see what kind of inventory they receive each week. Closed Thursdays to restock. What I have found on $3 day - a bathroom rug, dog collars (one with a leash), supplements, applesauce squeeze packs (go-go squeeze brand), a game remote control, paintable pottery, etc.

    • If you want good clothes cheap, this is the place. Every thing in here is 2 bucks a piece. Perfect for the kids doing cosplay! Its not reject stuff either. Be prepared to dig a little... but well worth it.

    • Just like any thrift store you're going to want to dedicate a good amount of time to finding what you want. I liked that it was color coded, nor all thrifts are like this. Really impressed with the organization of this place. Worth stopping by, who knows what you might find for $2!

    • It's a big warehouse. It is clean. The employees are nice and helpful. All the clothes are $2.00. The clothes are clean and pressed. They have some shoes and purses. Those are individually priced. They have a good clean parking lot. They have handicap spaces and a ramp leading to the door. No public restrooms.

    • This Goodwill is huge! And it has tons of different options from clothes, to new furniture, to new bathroom appliance, but you can also donate things here as well as find donated clothes aside from the new ones that have more unique personality to them which is why I like Goodwill personally over Temu or other places like that. They don't do any type of trades like exchange stores but the prices are so low for a lot of the things if you look around it's not necessary but again if you do have clothes you want to donate this is a great place to take them instead of some of the random boxes.

    • Wonderful staff, clean bathrooms and break rooms. Security guard very pleasant and greets when you enter and exit store. Fast check out. Good will outlet brings bins out every 30 minutes. I drove in from out of town and was very pleased. I wish I could do it everyday. Very helpful staff with me as a new customer. Great life time experience. I have encouraged many people to go to the outlet. I wish they would have more outlets.

    • Love this place - we come whenever we’re in town! How it works is they restocks on Thursday and Friday and then new things are there come Saturday morning; each day the price drops until it gets to Wednesday that is $1 day. Depending on the day and the resent stock they’ve gotten will depend on the level of stock “on the shelves” but both times I’ve gone (November and July) we’ve found AWESOME deals! From an Omni Suitcase to new light fixtures - always a great deal to find

    • We were there about 15 minutes or so at the New Roads store. We were not greeted when we came in and we were not told goodbye when we left. No explanation of the store given and we were not asked if we needed anything. We came about an hour after opening. Not enough quality inventory. Overall not a good experience and we do not plan to return or tell others about it. I feel like two stars is generous.

    • Place was nice , I did go on a Sunday so I know I got late stock but it was a bunch of lights for a wall to hang and some other boxes were way to heavy to lift.. definitely a place for people who know what there looking for to resell!

    • Just left the goodwill by the pound location. It's located behind the main Goodwill store. The cashier was sitting down we asked her when will they bring out more products and she said in a little bit but she just went back to sit down. Not sure how they rotate items here but she just seemed a little lazy. Also they had a basket full of shoes behind the register that they were holding for someone. The bins were not full either. We were ready to spend money

    • I shop here (usually weekly) for my small business inventory. You pay by the pound and the price decreases per pound at different increments. So, the more you buy the cheaper it is. It's great for resellers like me. I always find some really nice and profitable stuff.
