Bin Stores in Wisconsin

• The prices are very good, but you have to be patient to dig around and find what you like. It's convenient that they have a weight scale on the side of the registers to see how much your stuff would cost (didn't notice till my 2nd visit). Bring gloves to dig around because of sharp or broken things and it can get dirty. I was disappointed with my 1st visit as to how much I paid for the little amount of things I had weighed in the cart. Gave it another chance to finally see how things flow and got a better deal the 2nd visit with my stuff being weighed on the counter. I feel it's cheaper to have your stuff weighed on the counter than in a cart and weighed on the floor mat.

• This was the least busy bin store I've ever been to. There was plenty of parking. The bathrooms were clean and the bins full. This store is 2 hours from my home in southeastern WI and I will be back.

• Whenever I'm visiting family from out of state, we always stop by. Tons of junk, but also some really fantastic deals. It's by the pound (mostly), so brand-new items are as cheap as the hum-drum. Worth a trip if you love rummaging!

• I absolutely loved coming here! The guys were friendly, joked around with us, and were accommodating, (as much as you can be with this type of business). I can't wait for next weeks treasures!

• I usually don't go to these places, but I did this time. It was okay, and I did buy some worthless junk. From what they said, it's mostly online returns from other people who didn't want the worthless junk.

• So, I was actually impressed and excited about this store when I first visited about a year ago. However, it was quite disappointing the second visit. The people that worked there were nice enough, but they had nothing as far as inventory we purchased 2 mystery boxes one adult at $50 and one of the $40 boxes and you can tell that they are nothing more than a brilliant way to make more money on the junk they don't know why to do with because they have a ton or its just junk that they would have a difficult time getting rid of even on a fill a bag day. I guess you may find something good here if they can't sell it on their online auctions but you it won't be in the bins.

• I absolutely love this store! It’s like a giant scavenger hunt and I have found some of the neatest things. You can’t beat the price, with the most expensive being $7.00 on Saturday! I’m posting a picture of the shelf I got a couple weeks ago, I’ve had so many compliments in it! And the staff…everyone is so nice and so helpful!! If you haven’t checked this place out, you should!

• I had a good few times going to da bin store but this time was different and very un happy how it went. I was checking out a 2 pack a air-pod cases and i open the package that was outside of the actual packaging to try and shift the top to get a better look at what generation it was. And a volunteer/ employee came up yelling at me you are buying it now you open and when i saying yelling the place got quiet and I didn’t look around but I bet people were looking. It was disgusting behavior and i won’t be returning back for a bit.

• This place is a rip off, charging you $5 on Sundays for items that are not even worth $1. Also, there is an old lady there with a walker walking around harassing customer's. It was 10 minuets until close and she was following me clapping at me to get out, while there was a long line at checkout.

• I was the first customer at this place, for a grand opening it was the worse I ever seen for a goodwill outlet. Almost nothing in the bins and all the good stuff was pre picked and taken out. Absolutely awful management on their part. Drove 2 hours all excited for a complete upset, also 1 person per bin which is diabolical, covid is over and nobody wants to wait to pick in a bin. Good luck Madison because your numbers will not even come close to romeoville . Romeovilles is the best.

• Goodwill Madison Outlet Store is so fun! I have unearthed many treasures here, and many more to come. Prices are L Rizz if you have beneath 25lb, so make sure you fill your cart. I really like the unspoken rule that most people abide by, where we all throw the emo clothes to that one guy nic. he is so awesome and cool. this is a great place to improve your closet, in a sustainable way! also the employees are super duper nice, i would give more stars if i could!

• It's mostly clothes not a lot of hard goods. It's clean which is new for a Goodwill outlet but the bins aren't anything good even if you dig

• I absolutely love that store, I always find items that I need for cheap prices. Very friendly employees I will be recommending this store to all my family and friends!

• This "bargin bin" is one of the worst I've been to. Looks like the owner cherry-picks anything valuable from each shipment. The pricing scale is also twice as much (starts at $10) as any other bin store I've been to (usually starts at $5 or $6), and anything of real value is pulled aside and priced at or just under retail. I was going to give this place 2 stars, but just as I was about to check out, the owner rudely comes out to acccuse me of looking in "forbidden bins," he caused a whole scene.

• Always find nice finds when I come here. Never leave empty handed. Spanish speaking owner is also very helpful. Friendly and helpful staff. Always busy!

• Found the best deals, must have time to shop and dig through bins. This is an outlet, items are sold by the lb. Great finds, NWT, gently used, designer, etc. Stop in to find your deal.

• It's now an outlet and the pound per piece concept i love. Way much cheaper. Course one woman says they should just give it out Free. Haha

• This is such a fun store. Honestly even if you are looking To be entertained for a bit, this is a fun activity. It’s a room full of bins of open box and returns to online and big box retailers. You do have to dig but you can expect to find things like fire sticks, bike tires, party supplies, air fryers, iPhone cases chargers, expect any kind of doodad that you can think of possibly and some nice clothing items. The owner is very nice and staff is helpful in getting your bags to fill. We went on a week day but I’m sure Saturdays are crazy!! Get there early!

• interesting concept....i came for my 1st time on a tuesday so things were $1. nice price but not too many products, that was my bad. next time i will try to come on the weekend or monday, There were a lot of people picking through those almost empty bins. The staff was friendly and upbeat, smiling and encouraging. I will come again on a different day next time

• Wow. So, it seems like a good deal when you shop here but maybe It depends on what you get. Don’t buy any makeup or skin products. They are old and/or dried out. All sales are final. Looking at the past reviews, the customer will be to blame if they don’t specifically ask the staff to check and test their products prior to buying. Idk what to think about this place cause other people seem to love it. It’s not for me though.

• This Bin location is the cleanest most organized one I have been to. The staff is very nice, lots of friendly regulars that will help you out with tips. I drive an extra hour just to come here, 3.5 hrs each way.

• For those wondering, you basically dig through the bins at your leisure and toss wanted items into your cart. You pay by weight for things like clothes, making them far cheaper than those you would buy at the regular Goodwill stores. The quality is very hit or miss though, there are a lot of items that I wouldn't touch without gloves on. The occasional hit is absolutely worth the time investment though, the prices are simply unbeatable for thrift shopping. With how often they swap bins in and out, I almost always leave with at least one full bag The Outlet is also a hotspot for resellers. Every time new bins are put out, there is always a stampede of people wanting to dig through them to find things to sell before anyone else can grab them. I tend to avoid new bins until the crowd dies down a bit, but that does mean that I can potentially miss out on things that I would have otherwise wanted. If you are looking for brand new or name brand things, be prepared to quickly dig through new bins

• The outlet is awesome you can find a lot of cool stuff. But I didn't write this review to talk about the outlet, I'm writing this review to talk about all the people complaining about the regulars. All you cry babies know you could do the same thing they do right? I get it it's not convenient for most people but that doesn't give you the right to complain. Go buy the stuff new if you don't want to deal with "regulars" stop being such a cheap person. Also for all the people saying all the regulars resale stuff, I had a nice conversation with a gentleman who is a regular and he collects the stuff he doesn't sell it. So stop acting like you know everything, cuz you don't
