We record the wording you saw, the version of it, the date and time, and the IP address and browser the consent came from, so that we can show later exactly what was agreed.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies. In normal operation expect no more than a few messages a month — typically one when a store you follow changes its price ladder or restock day, plus at most one weekly $1-day summary. We do not send at night: messages go out only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time.
Cost
We do not charge for alerts. Message and data rates may apply — whatever your mobile carrier charges for receiving a text applies here as it does to any other message. Check your plan if you are unsure.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and we stop, immediately and permanently. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT do the same thing. You will get one final message confirming you have been removed, and nothing after it.
You do not have to use a keyword. We honour an opt-out made by any reasonable means — a reply in your own words, a message through our contact form, or the preference link at the bottom of any of our emails. Anything we cannot interpret automatically goes to a person to read.
Opting out of texts does not affect any email subscription, and vice versa — the two are separate.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for our identity, this page and a reminder that STOP cancels. You can also reach us through the contact form at any time.
Re-joining
If you stop and later want the alerts back, reply START or sign up again on the site. We will not restart messages on our own initiative.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and your coverage, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message arrives. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Eligibility
The programme is for mobile numbers in the United States and Canada, and for people aged 13 or over. Provide only a number you personally control — do not enter someone else's. If you change or give up your number, opt out first or tell us, so the next holder of that number does not receive messages meant for you.
Privacy
What we store, why, how long for and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy. In short: your number, your consent record and your alert preferences, used to send the alerts you asked for. If you give a number, it may also be sent to Meta in hashed form to measure our own advertising (details). We do not sell or rent phone numbers, and we never use them for anyone else's marketing.
Changes to these terms
If the programme changes materially, this page is updated with a new date before the change takes effect. Any change to the consent wording gets a new version number, and the wording you originally agreed to is kept on record.
