    • Martha: The place is great in general. It's the people that is the problem. I am blown away by peoples disrespect towards others, and the merchandise that are in the bins. Some of it being coffee pots, records etc. tearing things up is just ridiculous! These 'people' need to settle down, respect others and their personal space.

    • Paula: Absolutely terrible... It was so disgusting and dirty! The shoppers were vultures waiting for the next cart to be brought out from the back. My friend went into the back where there were signs clearly marked stating more shopping this way when one of what I'm assuming was an employee grabbed his cart.
      Anonymous
    • Robby: First and foremost, this is not the cleanest or safest place. Gloves are a must. I've been here many times when I used to resell items as a side hustle. Be aware, lots of resellers are always here. Some resellers get crazy and are literally prepared to fight you over a stupid pair of shoes.

    • Paul: There's a lot of digging through the bins. And a lot of scavengers. I was told to move more than once, people would come push my cart away and step in front of me. Then we got evacuated for a fire in the back. Some really rude shoppers and staff. Probably won't ever go back

    • This place is AMAZING ! ! I was able to get several good things at a great value. I always go on $1.00 day and always have a great time and shop until I have gone through it all and then look again. I recommend you ALL go check it out. At first it was cash only, now credit cards are welcome...

    • I love Goodwill outlets! These are hidden gems that I live for!!! I love rummaging through the bins and have found many name brand items, some new with tags. I recommend going with gloves and an open schedule because you could be here for hours.
      Mick
    • Amazing experience! A few pro tips: 1. Be prepared to spend the day or a big chunk of times. New bins are rotated slowly so come knowing if you want to find treasures you have to stick around. 2. Bring gloves! The bins are random and there's a good chance that there's sharp stuff inside. 3. If you want clothes - wear something you can try on over. 4. If a bin is covered - don't touch it! Wait until the sheet is removed otherwise you will get yelled at. Stand in the circle around the bin and when the sheet is removed it's fair game!
      Alexandra
    • I've been coming to the bins for years now and its so much fun...especially when my mom and I go together and we meet my sister and niece to do some shopping as a group, keeping an eye out for stuff for the other person... Yea, its crazy and hectic but thats the joy of the experience.. Digging for the next treasure... Its a resellers paradise.

    • Very crowded. It is like a free for all here. No organization at all. U do get great deals if u can find what u are looking for here ....but it is a mad rush inside. Very disorganized. They fill up long bins and tell the customers to go thru them to find what they want ....whereas other goodwill locations are organized, priced, etc and u can walk down the isle to select your items. Here, u rummage thru long bins and it makes u feel like u are a scavenger

    • There's a lot of digging through the bins. And a lot of scavengers. I was told to move more than once, people would come push my cart away and step in front of me. Then we got evacuated for a fire in the back. Once back in they took a whole row of bins to fill them back up. I saw people over there looking at the bins so I went over. I made a mistake and picked up a dress and got told that I wasn't supposed to touch anything until they had the whole row back in. Some really rude shoppers and staff. Probably won't ever go back

My friend went into the back where there were signs clearly marked stating more shopping this way when one of what I'm assuming was an employee grabbed his cart and began pushing it into him he didn't say anything no hey you cant be back here we will bring the items out in carts nothing just rudely and violently began pushing his cart into him. Thankfully my friend turned and walked away.. other wise this could have turned out very badly. Terrible shopping experience. Will never go back there again

Be aware, lots of resellers are always here. Some resellers get crazy and are literally prepared to fight you over a stupid pair of shoes. I understand the whole game but that's just so unnecessary. Besides that, what was extremely irritating to me, was those who come in a lot, have people on the inside hiding really good items in the bins and letting them know before the bins come out where they hide it, so they can position themselves where the bin is going. It's very obvious and blatant. They will deny this over and over and won't do anything about it because they're all in on it. They need to hire upstanding people. Not cool as a company, Goodwill.

    • I can't go here anymore because of the drug addicted people who pushed me around and threatened me....the management let's them get away with this behavior...they should be banned from this place....nobody does anything to protect the women who are shopping there...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, AWFUL.......the people from grandville are the problem
      Sarah
    • Good luck finding anything decent if the regulars are there, as they pay the workers to hide good stuff and place it in the bins in front of them when they do rotations. You can find some good stuff, but be prepared to deal with overly pushy people who lack boundaries or a sense of personal space.
      Gerard
    • You can find some nice stuff, usually pretty clean. But some workers are extremely rude to everyone for no reason whatsoever.

    • I visit this outlet location quite often. The staff is great and even most of the resellers are fun to chat with. I being one of them. Most days it is not too busy so getting into a new bin is rather easy. I have found some great stuff. Sometimes the shoes will be separated and I think the workers might do that for fun. My very first visit I was yelled at for not waiting until all the new bins were in place. That was intimidating but I understand why now. I was just reading reviews on the Grandville location. I have never been to that one. It sounds like a horrible place. Like night/day to my location. I won't spend the gas money to go there. Hope my review was helpful.

    • The customer service has always been top notch, but today they went above and beyond. In store, I was accidently charged for the $3 clothing day (still a great deal!), but after I left they realized it was actually $1.50 day and reached out to me via text with offer to compensate. It's been a joy to have a new treasure picking spot and I'm half set for holiday presents for my grandkids already, but it's the customer service that keeps me a loyal customer.
      Dalee
    • It is a treasure hunt, but common sense is warranted. Some items dismantled, and/or unboxed and separated, or broken (from the “rummaging”, may not be worth the price! But when you find something for $5 that retails for $40-now that is a deal and well worth my time (and fun to to hunt for)!
      Kay
    • The items in the bins were $3.00 each, you may or may not find something cool or useful but it won't cost much, they have clothing too.

    • Interesting place. Items are super cheap. However, you really have to rifle through the bins and hope you find something of value. No organization - found same items in different bins. Some had packaging missing, and good luck guessing what the product actually is. Was there on a Monday- new product bins arrive on Saturdays.
      Patricia
    • My wife seems to like it. I on the other hand didn’t get it. We went on a $2 day. Each day is a different price for things. Based on the junk in the bins you rummage through, You grab a bag when entering the store and start digging through bins of stuff all over the store. I saw a lot of junk and not worth the two dollars. So I went and waited in the car.
      Scott
    • Find some good stuff depending on the day you choose to go also depending on what you plan to pay but some stuff you find is well worth their highest price. Huge savings compared to other stores if you are willing to put in the work to find the stuff

    • This place was a lot of fun. My husband got a lot of stuff for his garage and jeep. We went on Friday when the bins were 12 dollars. It was a lot of fun like a scavenger hunt lol. The only negative I have is their mystery box. They are 40 dollars and I was not happy with it. The box had stuff like Listerine and car sick medication. Along with a bunch of the same item. A pet brush for carpets. I want to try again but I am very nervous we would receive the same thing.

    • I went to this store on Saturday November 4th. The store owner was so kind, he gave my daughter free toys, suckers and a snack while we were in the store. She was getting restless while I was shopping and he helped make the experience so much better. I also found some really great stuff! The store was clean and the staff was nice. I will definitely be back to do some more shopping.

    • This place is a great place to get deals. The owners will do anything to try and make everyone happy regardless of how belligerent they can be. There are deals for everybody depending on their needs. I always bring extra money because I know I’ll spend more than usual. This is my new “Target” :-). Anybody that has something negative to say either was told by a competitor to do so or have not went to the owners for their disagreements. They talk negative but still shop there. I even see competitors shopping there so that shows they have enough for everybody. They allow you to open, look at and test your items before you purchase. If you have a bad experience it is because you didn’t take the time to research. Great service!!!!!
      Damien
    • Recently when I went over to this store I had a really great and friendly interaction with one of the employees by the name of “Ben” after talking for a while he decided to open up about how he was making meets end with the salary and how he had been stealing some of the valuable merchandise from the store and sell it off to his friends for a greatly reduced price, after hearing this my whole view on this store changed massively as I’d imagine he most defiantly isn’t the only employee to do this. Please if the owner is reading this I’d like for this delinquent to be removed from his position immediately or I will personally get in contact with authorities

    • A store that sells products returned by Amazon and other retailers at a discount. The price in the store is uniform, and the price gets lower each day. I went on a Saturday, so I didn't think the prices were very reasonable.<br>Many items are still in cardboard boxes and you have to open them to see what's inside, which is very time consuming. About 30% of the items were so tightly taped that it was impossible to see what was inside. All the cosmetics were so dirty that I didn't even want to touch them.

    • This is the best place to buy returned merchandise. Their customer service is excellent, their products are of great quality, and their prices are very reasonable. After trying many stores, I can confidently say that this one is the best, and I highly recommend it.

    • I prefer this bin store! It's never really too crazy here. You can actually look around without being rushed and pushed around by so many people. The last $1 day I went to was kind of bare but I still found things. I'll definitely be back.

    • I like this place. even though I didn't find what I was looking for, that doesn't mean I hate it they had a lot to offer so I would say it's actually pretty organized in terms of stuff like clothing, Christmas, Halloween costumes. And more so I would definitely go back again 10/10

    • Good store for online returned items. You can buy different things at a very low price. You will enjoy window shopping. It's your luck then you may get very good items at throw away prices. Processes are well designed, developed, implemented and communicated. Prices for all items are high 12 dollars per packet on Fridays. They add new items on Fridays. Go on reducing prices as Saturday 10 $, Sunday 8$, Munday 5$, Tuesday 3$ & Wednesday 1 $. However items are reducing as you reach Wednesday. Thursday is closed and then a new cycle starts. Good shop good buying

    • First time I've ever been to a bin store in the beginning I thought it was a little strange I couldn't really figure out what was in most of the packages. I just fumbled around for a while and I found a 3 mil wetsuit for like three bucks blew my mind. I've been back a couple times since then and I have found so many cool things. out of maybe the 20 or 30 things I've gotten I've only had to throw one away for being defective. I would like to thank you guys there for keeping the place as neat as you can. Definitely a place that could be a complete mess, real quick if it wasn't taken care of. you guys really seem to stay on top of it. All in all 👍👍

    • I bought two computer (gaming) chairs from here that were advertised as "new" and appeared to be a surplus sale. Yes, they were cheaper than retail, but not a "steal" by any means. I regret the purchase and wish I had gone to retail for the chairs, as the brands offer a warranty, but only from an authorized reseller. Both chairs, one a Razer brand and one a HyperX brand, have had issues since we unboxed them. One had a crushed armrest and is horribly squeaky whenever you move in it at all, and the other doesn't maintain height once you sit in it - it sinks all the way down as if there is not enough gas in the height adjuster. We had to use a hose clamp on the piston torqued down by an impact gun in order to get it to remain at proper desk height. We have dealt with the issues since the purchase and probably should have immediately returned them to the seller. Just beware that what you purchase from this place is likely a faulty returned item.

    • My first time going in. I realize the auction has (probably?) better things and you can find some things in the store, but most of the things in the bin were garbage. It was like the left overs of a thousand garage sales were thrown in, but even then, not the good stuff. You might be able to find random things you want and need, but I honestly have no intention in going back. No organization whatsoever for the most part. Why two stars instead of one? They are not trying to pull the wool over your eyes, they have what they have and it as simple as that. A worker asked if I was there for the auction and when I said no, he let me know the prices. Sometimes more expensive than a garage sale. But who knows, if you are patient, you might be able to find something. But it's not for me.

    • Went with a friend on $8 day, was notified that they were having a everything $5 day deal. Found tons of albums, some missing inclusions/cds and some completely unopened! I was able to get 5 of them for the price of one on any other site!!! Both workers we interacted with were very nice and offered to help if needed. Would recommend.
