    • I love this goodwill. I found gold at this location! I find the best stuff here. You really have to look! People stuff things in the wrong places. I love searching the store high and low. I find the best stuff. The outlet side is pretty amazing! I found a name brand backpack In the bins awhile ago. I found so many cool stuff it's insane. I do agree the prices are higher than they use to be but it's still cheap definitely the toys.

    • This outlet is leagues better than the canton one if only because the shoppers are not trying to cut throat each other. I saw people asking if they needed things when new bins came out instead of hoarding everything in there carts to price it later on there phones. You won't find the best stuff but it's not all bad and mostly more chill.

    • Fairly large store 'split' into two stores: The Outlet is to the left, in which items are in very large bins and slightly chaotic//overwhelming but items are charged collectively BY THE POUND! Only place I've ever seen do this! The other side has items individually priced, things on display and clothing hung on racks as you'd see in basically every other Goodwill store! Excellent cashiers//customer service within the establishment, super friendly & helpful.

    • I traveled to this location from Over an hour away on 10/10; it was well worth the drive. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly; the prices were great. I thought the bins were clean and orderly I got many items that were new with tags, so many awesome finds. Would definitely go again.

    • Staff were wonderful and welcoming, the environment was calm, but the space was very very small. If you are after clothes and it is relatively close it might not be a bad trip but there were 5 bins loaded with clothes and 2 very very sparse hard good bins. A few items on the shelf in the back corner too. It was about an hr drive for me and the marion was 1.5 hrs. As a reseller I think id make the extra drive for more options.

    • Updated review. I went back some more times after my initial few trips. The regulars who go daily have only gotten worse. If you want items with any bit of value don't bother. They constantly wait and block out people from getting to the new drop. I've seen them rip items out of the hands of people next to the them. They will move people out of the way to get to a specific bin. Enjoy looking personally but it's impossible to not get very frustrated after watching them. Worth going if you get lucky and their group of 13 people isn't there.

    • Don't let the people giving low ratings discourage you from coming. Yes, most of the stuff you're sorting through is destined for recycling/trash, BUT there is a lot of good stuff. You just have to be willing to dig. 16 new bins come out EVERY HOUR. There really is something for everyone. Is it dirty? Yes. Is it unorganized? Yes. Is it crowded? Sometimes, yes. BUT... It's fun. And you really can find good stuff if you're willing to spend time going through every bin. Make the trip!

    • Was in today hoping to find a treasure and as it has been for quite some time now the same young people were there there are about a dozen give or take young people that are there no matter what time of the day they push shove take things out of your hands run and are generally disrespectful to everyone looks like that store is going down hill quickly and don't think I will be patronizing it any longer as many others have stopped too

    • Can be good but there's a huge group of individuals that I see almost every week I come in that would sometimes crowd the door and make it hard sometimes to get in and out. Also seen elderly people get nearly trampled when we are allowed to see the new bins. If they would fix that issue and maybe get some more items besides clothing, I'll rate higher.

    • Small bin outlet although they do have section to sit and eat and drink which was nice. If you are looking for books they do not have that many only one bin with books a 1/4 full.

    • We went on summer day in August and it was sweltering hot in the building, there is no air and the doors were open to attempt to allow air inside. Hot environment makes for some cranky people but my college girl and I did manage to find a few treasures and walked out with 5 items for $4.50 - great deal!! We only stayed about 20 minutes bc of the heat and the intense shopping environment. The bin shopping is definitely not for the faint of heart. You definitely have to dig to find things and there were a lot of resellers there who aren't playing around, don't get in their way. We were just there to check it out and see what we could find. I will go back in the future with a new frame of mind now that I know what to expect. It was a crazy but great experience overall

    • Not as big as I was expecting. Most of the bins were full of clothing. Very few toys or collectibles. There is one tiny restroom that was supposed to be sanitized every 2 hours but it appeared to have missed it's last several cleanings. There was handicapped parking and the doors were wide enough to go through.

    • People are nice there. The dressing rooms have always been an issue here, Getting help to get in there is a hassle because nobody wants to stop what they are doing in order to unlock the doors for you. but other than that people are nice. I feel like they could use a little more help at the register. Also I liked the way the store was organized before better, the newer way is more confusing and less organized. But overall its a nice place with nice people.

    • Yes they did have a few good things that you can get a great deal on but here's the thing. They have one side that is the retail side set up like the store which is decent and somewhat clean but the other side where you pay for stuff by the pound is the most heinous thing I've ever seen. You might go there looking to pick up a great deal you might leave with having picked up a disease. The bathroom had no soap and was disgusting and the actual place where you look through old junk was super dirty they had no hand sanitizer throughout the whole place. If you go here stick to the retail side.

    • This was an interesting experience, one side of this huge store is "retail" and the other "outlet", which is the side I chose. Few carts seem to be available so I suggest you bring your own bag box or tote to fill up and be weighed for pricing. 1.89$ a lb, when I visited. Things are grouped together in large shallow bins, clothing, shoes, books, and housewares aka everything else. You are free to rummage through things and if you stay long enough you'll witness a massing crowd as they switch out bins of things. Could be a Saturday thing..idk. The place could use a good cleaning as compared to other goodwill locations. Did not visit the retail side yet..

    • I am an expert bargain shopper in found very few items that were very good economy. Everything is priced by the pound. Books are $0.59 a pound clothing is a dollar 49 a pound and miscellaneous items are a dollar 59 a pound. I found some thin music instruction books that were very good economy. I bought some brand new with tag shorts for the children but we're in bargain compared to the retail price. I bought a brand new DVD for $0.35. There are much better deals in the world of thrift then this place. However, it is worth experiencing at least once. Some of the regular shoppers are used gloves to sort through the bins. There is no rhyme or reason or true organization to anything there. the books are separated from the shoes and the shoes separated from the clothes. So you basically put your cart around on going on a digging expedition.

    • First time going here and I will definitely be back. I found some really great items for practically nothing. It's not like other thrift stores where you search the racks and pay for it at the register. This place you go in grab a cart and you search through bins until you find however many items you like and then when you're ready to pay you take it up to the register and instead of paying per item they weigh all of your items together on a scale and you pay per pound. I was a little taken aback when I first walked in the door but once I started looking through the bins it changed my mind about the place. The only complaint I have is the noise. It is so loud in that place from the employees in the back of the store that it's a little nerve-racking but considering the items I went home with that day I think I can overlook that. I 100% recommend this place.

    • I love deals. But bring gloves. I cut my finger on glass I spoke with management to clean up the blood. Management was rude and defensive. It's not a lawsuit lady..i needed paper towels for the blood drops in the bins and i was told they would review the tape. Cool but how about cleaning up since you cant get papertowels for me.

    • Not one of the best Goodwill Outlets that I've been to. They do rotations fairly frequently but when they bring the new bins out there is so little in them. You can find ok clothes here but definitely not designer brands and really not even a ton of name brands. Most were boutique brands or discount department store brands.

    • So very much vulture environment. There are people literally just sitting in chairs at the shoe bins doing nothing.... why? A grown woman was making bead necklaces sitting on a chair right in the aisle... this was just all so odd.. wasn't able to look at the shoes very well since everyone wants to camp there. Review remains at 3/5 Very underwhelming experience. Maybe I just wasn't there at a good time. Got a few things and price for it all wasn't bad at all but of everything I only found the few things. Some of the bins are kinda gross just to dig through literal junk.

    • LOL. I was so ready for this to be way more chaotic that it was. I found a some clothes to practice sewing. There was lots of vinyl and an upright piano (fully functional - all keys working and clear) for $30. Lots of furniture and non-clothes items.

    • f you like sifting through garbage in your free time or dumpster diving at your local Wendy's, this is the place for you! I think you would have better luck at the landfill and things would be in better condition. It's basically the same terrible items spread across a hundred different bins. Drapes, old phone covers, blankets, 5 dollar bargain bin electronics, and that's about it. Organization? There is none just hundreds of unmarked boxes in bins. Completely schizophrenic. They also have some arbitrary rules about the packaging - most of it is already mangled but it someone sees you handling a broken box then you will be asked to leave the store.

    • This is one of the better bin stores out there now. They have a good amount of bins as well as bins for cosmetic stuff, cleaning supplies, soaps, candies, tons of candles. As well as discounted products behind the counter. This is worth going to every day they are open. But I always make sure I stop here on Saturday for their one dollar day. Always find some really good items.

    • Huge selection of ever changing items. Most in excellent condition. Calm atmosphere. Clean and nice scent in the air. Super staff!! Proudly family owned. Open 3 days a week. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, each day bin items lesser in price from Thursdays. Highly recommend!!

    • The business structure is simple and so is the layout. I absolutely LOVE coming to this place and scoring a good deal. They resell mostly returns and clearanced items and each day has a different dollar amount per item. My favorite day is $1 Wednesday and I've scored things like brand new shoes, a sleeping bag, brand new dresses, and brand-new clothes for me kids. (Brand new meaning tags are still on). Be aware, it's bins for a reason, you do have to do some digging. But the treasures that you could find are worth it!

    • I've been twice, the first time, no problems. The second trip was with my wife on Friday May 26th. We arrived a few minutes before opening. The manager was outside yelling at everyone about the rules for his store. It was over the top, no opening items, no using sharp items to open items, don't leave bags unattended, some old lady almost fell, he will dump the bag back in the bin if he sees it laying around. Then we went in and he said I know most of you heard this but I'm going to say it again. But he was yelling, complaining about the owner may call and someone may call about the HVAC and about a plumbing issue. Blah Blah blah. We couldn't take the manager, we left. Went to the one in Kettering the next day instead. When you get a new manager, we might try it again.

    • Good variety even on Tuesday, which is the $3 day. Tables are clean and free of junky broken items like I have found at other bin places. Found several clothing items with the tags still on them, women's raincoat, heated vest (that still charges and works) and items still in their original boxes.

    • You can find really good things there, and I used to love going to this place. However, the last time I visited, the older woman working there was not friendly at all; she was shouting the whole time and seemed to be in a terrible mood. Like another reviewer mentioned, it really looks like she hates her job. I think they should hire friendlier staff; all the customers are paying nothing is free so we deserve to be treated well.

    • For semi truckers.... u can come via E-whipp road on Google maps here. No overnight parking here. They hang the sign boards about no parking but u can stay on dock i think. Rest room inside the building. Here, father and son r running their business of warehouse. So they both do load/unload your truck with manually pallet jack.

    • Been very disappointed in stock at all the local Marion Goodwill stores. I have been a loyal Goodwill shopper for years and with talking to people found that everything worth anything or decent isn't going to the stores for people to actually buy, it goes to online store to auction off. These items are donated for other people who can't afford them to be able to afford. All I see is corporate GREED going on....the CEO of Goodwills a non-profit organization brings in one of the largest incomes in the nation. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

    • This place is truly fantastic!!! First time I went there I found a flag pole set for $1 and just the day before, I was looking at the same exact thing for almost $30!!?? Then, found the coolest living room set. Omar walked us through that whole process with care and patience. Omar is such a good businessman that the day our furniture was to be delivered, there was no one else to do it; so Omar rented the truck and delivered it himself. GREAT BUSINESSMAN!!!     • Have to watch prices. They won't give you a receipt that shows what each thing costs. They will over charge you if your not careful. Plus we almost bought a moldy Mop vac from them. For $100 he claims it's all over stock but this had so much hair and mold in it. Make sure you have them open boxes for you to test. Not a great experience the times I've been.

They allow you to open the boxes at tables on your own, which is better than some of the others ones where you aren’t allowed to open or you have to wait in a line. It’s like treasure hunting weekly! Signed up for the free item per week subscription too, paid for itself after 2 visits.

I have purchased a Stanley cup, electric cleaning brush, metal detector, snacks for the kids, swiffer, and a few other neat items. Fake jerseys and jewelry that states tiffany even in a tiffany box. Some is returned used items. Only went there once, but to watch people throwing stuff in their cart that you can get at dollar stores or temu for a couple bucks and pay 14.00is ridiculous. Now one day is 25 cent day.     • Went here for the first time today. Thought it was a neat experience until I got home and opened the box for my "deal" of a $10 humidifier. This thing looks like it was used for a year and never cleaned. Orange water stains, dirt and white funky build up. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I would have had more fun ripping up a $10 bill. Instead I had to disinfect my hands 100 times after pulling it out of the box which didnt even look to have ever been opened! Be careful with your purchases at this place. It's not a deal if you are getting used products! You can get better things for less at a yardsale!

    • My family and I have been here many times and never walk out empty handed! The employees are very welcoming, kind, and have an overall positive attitude. There are tons of great deals here and i’ve personally found many items that I use daily which I only paid a fraction of the retail price for! Compared to many other bin stores, this one has been the most organized and welcoming of all. I would recommend to go on Monday or Tuesday when the price is low and there is still good product available. Lastly, it’s important to remember that they only take cards for payment, no cash! I also recommend to use their testing station where they’re more than happy to help, especially if you’re buying a tech item or just to check if the item has all of its pieces included! Overall, this is a fun place to go to with your family or friends to get great deals!

This past weekend they had a group of people working with them They fill up multiple carts with merchandise and hog the open stations. So it makes it impossible to open boxes before you buy them. And the owner does not play. He does not let anyone open boxes unless your at the open stations. And I don’t blame him. If it was my store I would do the same.     • This place is my first time going to a "Bin store." This particular place puts their shipment out on Saturday and if the objects don't sell, the price goes down throughout the week. This only pertains to the smaller bin items. I went here on a Thursday...where most of the items were $2. I enjoyed going here because I love rummaging through random objects. I love hunting for goodness. They had liquid soaps, baby toys, dog accessories, kids boots and random metal objects. This place also has bigger priced objects that don't follow the same price reduction rules. I can't wait to see what they have on Saturday!!!

    • Staff is so kind there which is the reason I give it a 4. I don’t think they should let people camp out or “hold” their spots on Saturday with lawn chairs though. (Private property or not) A lawn chair sitting out there shouldn’t equate to first in line. Doesn’t seem ethical, honest, or fair. But that’s the patrons, not the store itself. It would be cool if they did like a lottery for the first 10 spots in line.

I'm not sure if they are backward and just don't realize talking bably about people to each other when you can be heard by that person isn't good for business or if they just don't care.     • When my wife suggested we check out this place, I huffed and tried to get out of it. The thought of another store full of unwanted, unorganized, broken stuff was not on my top ten. We pulled in, I took a deep breath, and walked inside. I immediately took back all the drama and found myself filling a cart all by myself. Food, clothes, furniture, baby items, outside and garden stuff, pet supplies, party supplies, tools, shoes, office supplies, just about anything. The quality of their items are always great and they guarantee every purchase, money back if there\'s anything wrong with their all new items. The staff are all very kind and welcoming! Great people! They have a great online sales page on Facebook on Thursdays from 6-10pm. The sales are great and it\'s actually fun to be a part of! Look for it on Thursday evenings on Fb.     • I was surprised that there was a fee for using your credit card when they didn't take cash, I know it was just a small amount, but it's the principal, and when I spoke to the employees about it they seemed a little rude like I was expecting the world. I asked them to let owner know my concerns, a woman who i assumed is a manager, wouldn't even look at me. Kept saying that's our policy,that's the way it is, we Don't have change, obviously something that can change, they would not acknowledge my concern or tell me they would tell the manager, very poor customer service

    • I go to this location a lot because it's close to me and I always find good deals. But I gave a 1 star because the staff, mainly, the older lady running everything. She is very rude and just down right nasty and disrespectful to customers. It's obvious she hates her job or just doesn't like people. After my last visit, I may reconsider going elsewhere. These places are popping up all over so I have options where I want to shop.

    • Really great experience here! Went with some church family and was greeted at the door, despite coming in a bit later than we had anticipated. I found so many great deals and also toddler shoes- For $6-7!!! I am pleased with the plethora of items this store has to offer. Very great and affordable prices, and I loved the 2 for $4 bucket up front. They got me there, haha. The cashier was kind, quick, and professional. I signed up for the rewards program and I am excited!

    • I love the bargain/bin stores in the area but lately it's been feeling like they all have the same items - the items here were pretty similar to other stores in the area. Large store with a lot of "stuff" to browse. I would shop here again, but be careful. They had a section of bedding and pillows that I was excited to see and one pillow was $80 - so really check your prices on the items you're looking at.

    • LOVE Krazy Bins in Twinsburg. The employees are always so helpful on explaining all the discounts and helping out. Every time I come here with my nephew they give him a piece of candy and he always loves coming here for that reason! Everything in the store is beautifully organized, I never have an issue finding whatever I may need in each section. They have everything labeled so you understand the prices very easy. Everything in this store is very clean. I will be a returning customer everytime to all of the Krazy Bins locations. They truly care about their employees and customers!

    • I was so hopeful for this store based on the reviews. Drove over 20 minutes only to find everything priced almost exactly as you'd find at other stores like TjMaxx and Ross. I don't go to stores like this to spend $130 on a chair, or $90 on a quilt. Clothes were okay prices, but you won't find size variations, most clothing groups were ten of just the same size. I guess at least the store is organized?
