   • Bait and Switch****<br>Bought a box of Doritos for 10$, they taped a bag to outside showing flavor and exp date of 11/2026, opened the box after I got home 1 hr away and all bags of chips (40) extra small bags all expire in Jan 2026. Chips were very stale, very sad they would do this. Won’t be back. I know it’s only 10$, but that is inexcusable

   • Went in the other day, most of the stuff was just mediocre. I think the worst thing tho was how the store smelt like cat piss. It was so awful I felt like vomiting. I hope they clean the place up because I will not be coming back till it is.

   • Not for the faint of heart or people not willing to get dirty! Digging th to the bottom of piles can be hard on older people. This is literally an outlet of stuff that doesn't sell. It's cheap though! Can someone post the prices each day? Does it vary?

   • I have been shopping here for a long time. Everything is in bins. Digging through the bins for treasures is a lot of fun. And the price is so cheap. Lots of household items. Lots of clothing. And they only charge a few cents per pound. I have had carts full and it cost less than five dollars. They do put a lot of useless stuff on the top so you have to move it away and then you can find really good stuff on the bottom of the bin.

   • A place where you can buy apparels by pound. $1.79 per pound. It's so cheap. If you're lucky you would be able to get really nice shirt looking like brand new hidden underneath the mountain of apparel

   • My family and I have been going to this place since it opened here in Federal Way. There is always something good to find! They have new stuff on Saturdays, and I almost always find something in the bins that is waaaaaay worth more than the $9 plus tax that I pay for. In my opinion, the prices are fair. Also, the staff are courteous and friendly 😊

   • VERY RUDE! I tired returning a defective item. When I tired turning it on it wouldn't work. When I told the man he became very rude. Claiming I broke the item and tired returning it. They don't do returns nor exchanges. They mark up their prices on "new" items and sell them defective. I'm very disappointed.

   • One side nicely cleaned up and organized. Rather overpriced for a Goodwill?! Other side is for digging through bins of stuff. No organization whatsoever. Fun but very dirty. Service was slightly below average.

   • It has been a while since I visited the Goodwill location. Apparently there are now 2 sections!. One side is the "old" rummaging-through-the-giant-bins-and-priced-by-the-pound side and the other is the "regular thrift store" side. The regular side is just that: Everything is nice and organized on shelves and hangers with price tags for each items. You know-- like the other "regular " thrift stores you are used to shopping at like Value Village etc.. So, whichever you prefer, whether diving into piles of stuff in bins and paying by the pound, or "shopping" through shelves and racks of organized items, you can choose either or do BOTH at the same store. I thought that is kinda cool!

   • i got some good clothes for my reselling business but compared to the tacoma goodwill outlet people here are definitely "pushier" its cool when you are looking through the normal bins but as soon as a new bin rolls out its CHAOS. even for clothing. so if you are new and dont want to have to compete for clothes and have people breathing down your neck then just stick to the bins that have been sitting out already and stand to the side when the new stuff comes.

    • This place was definitely not up to par with other liquidation/bin stores. Half of the thrill is showing up first thing on restock day to score some amazing deals. However, the owner has already gone through and pulled anything decent to then sell separately at a much higher price. Nothing in the bins is worth more than the $12 first day price. I’d say most things are worth $5 at best. Don’t waste your time unless it’s a Wednesday and you want a bargain on stuff no one else wanted 🤷🏻‍♀️

    • Definitely not worth it. I wasnt expecting a brand new 80 inch tv for 14 dollars. My expectations were low. We went on a friday got there before it opeend. You can tell he picks through everything and all the cheap stuff is left. All the good items are in a different section and over priced for a liquidation store. There were plastic candy canes full of candy from last Christmas in the bins. The cashier glared at me and my son as we walked out with nothing like we were stealing. Honestly felt like it was an overpriced "Goodwill".

    • I am confused about some of these reviews. I LOVE this store. I have told all my friends about it 😂 I try to hit this store daily if I’m in the area. Some things are broken, but it’s only because some customers are so rough when they dig through the bins. I have gotten some great stuff at great prices. Highly recommend …

    • This location sells by the pound, meaning you're charged a flat price per pound. It seems like a good idea, but its a free for all when the new items come out. I've seen people cut their hand on broken glass, items getting broken, people filling their shopping cart with any and everything, then putting everything back. My main gripe is, if you're selling by the pound, you're getting way too many donations.

    • Wear gloves. I love this store. It's like a giant yardsale where everything is in bins and you rummage through them. You never know what you'll find. This is the last stop for goodwills things before it goes to the landfill. You can find all sorts of stuff from new to completely destroyed. Either way it's like the lottery you can't win if you don't play lol. I recommend checking it out at least once. I think you would be hooked.

    • I spent $93.00 on all of this. Now if I was to put a price tag on just like GoodWill does this would have been $378.00 estimated. I've been trying my best to get there as early as possible so I can get to the good stuff better but I forget still got some good stuff nonetheless.

    • Visited this outlet 2 times in the last week. The first time was a good treasure hunt which made me want to go back agaiN while the second tipped the scale on safety. I don't mind that it was extremely slow for the turnover of bins considering I only saw one person pushing them in and out. My concern is how the bins were filled compared to the previous visit and my visits to the outlets in Portland and Spokane. Glass, books, clothes, electronics and bric a brack were not separated in the least. Every bin that i explored was full of broken glass! There was NO attempt on removing breakable items from the bins and i am extremely glad that nobody got hurt during the time i was there. More attention and separation should be accomplished before a child ends up cutting there hand open in the bin they see toys in. Highly recommend looking at how items are separated at other Goodwill Outlets such as Portland.

    • Great for good finds but the customer base is animalistic. The workers are mean BECAUSE OF THE ANIMALISTIC PEOPLE. SEATTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS AN OFFICER ON SITE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. NOT SECURITY, A REAL COP. THERE IS ALOT OF VIOLENCE AND THEFT HERE. DONT COME ALONE COME WITH FRIENDS AND DONT COME ON A SATURDAY!

    • It's a wild experience, most people shop as fast as possible & look like Cookie Monsters trying to gobble as many cookies as possible, although in this case it's collecting clothing & knick knacks. It's a treasure hunt. *Pro tip: Go early or save your spot in line & wait in your car (the blue lines indicate where to stand). Choose quality over quantity! I brought back a sweater with lots of rips, because I was shopping too quickly.

    • Bad experience, first they're over charging the price , pay attention to the weight. Second is look like a surviving war or the jungle, everybody is trying to grab stuff, pushing, pulling, yelling, they don't care if they hurt you , there's no orden at all, the rotation for clothes is kind of crazy, the usual buyer's are really violent and some of then don't use mask and nobody say nothing, the store time is different to the time that show up in Google, then we ready for the jungle day if you go there.     • Good will is simply for the people. A wide variety of selections where I could find many great pieces of clothing. The bins are separated into shoes, toys, random objects, and clothes. They simply put the objects into a bin and you take what you want. The area is packed with tons of people. I would suggest bringing multiple bags to carry the clothes and gloves for safety. It's also insanely cheap. I was able to buy 5 pairs of clothing for 6 dollars.

    • Found some great buys , but with all the resalers that come here you have to be quick as some are rude and ruthless! If you have time and patience you can get some great deals but its always touch and miss as its ever changing goods

    • What a dump. If you like pretending to be homeless and dumpster diving, this is your place. Goods are "dumped" into these shallow bins randomly and you literally have to dig through the piles. Only things sorted out and in their own space, bicycles, vacuums, I.e. larger items. In my opinion not a good experience. Should have taken pictures but just wanted to leave. 6-2-22 Ok two weeks later. Was down that way so made a second attempt at this place. Perhaps my grouching here and to corporate did some good. Things were a bit more sorted out this time. Got there close to them opening for the noon session. Noticed a lot of nice cars out front and well dressed persons, adults as well as a number of high school age persons, seems even young ladies like to dig through the clothing piles... It's a total free-for-all, people literally tossing stuff to the side digging to see what's under. I suppose you should have a look for yourself. Going up 2 stars.

    • I absolutely love this place!!!! I've went for years. It's probably my favorite place to go! You can literally find anything here. Everything is put into bins (quote me if I m wrong) 32 I believe. And they rotate these bins every so often to put new stuff out to sort threw. And everything is priced by the pound. So if your cart weighs over 25 pounds its $0.98 a pound. If you haven't been there i highly recommend it! It's a must!

    • Love the concept and prices. Last time I was in there it looked like a daycare with customers kids running and causing chaos. The parents didn’t care and the worker didn’t say anything either. Not a great experience but would give it another try.

    • Completely disappointed. Most of what was in the bins was garbage, literally. Empty boxes and plastic wrap. What little items they offered were just misc parts from other items. Most were in packages with no label or description of what the item was. Employee was not interested in cleaning out the garbage or speaking to customers. Would not recommend it. Would never drive 150 miles to go there again.

    • This store is so fun! It's nice to sift through and see what the value is and come back at a later time to see if it's still there when you feel it should be cheaper. Great finds and friendly owners. I love supporting local businesses that are family owned. Stop by and see what you find, it's a treasure hunt!

    • Pretty much like dumpster diving, but there are deals to be had. Not full of overly aggressive people like the outlet in Kent, and you can actually find a shopping cart. Staff is polite. Price is by the pound and to make it really worth it hit 50 pounds to get the lowest cost tier of 92 cents.

    • Love digging through bins to find treasures then you will love this place. All items are placed in long bins. No hanging racks here. I always leave with some fun and practical items. I do recommend rubber gloves to protect your hands when digging. I've never had issues but lots of people rummage through the items so it's just a precaution. They charge you by the pound so you can really find good deals if you are willing to search for them.

    • Mad house of great diggling fun. I know it's all used but there was lots of cool stuff. So much to look through. I had to drag myself out before I spent to much. Woops to late. Very good priced on stuff. So good you leave their spending more then you expected. A great place to find some cool diggles. It was fun so what?!

    • Great bargains, if you have the time & patience to look thru the 4' X 10' rolling bins of clothes, linens & household items, and a few surprises. Butt! NO BATHROOMS! ARE A REAL PROB lol in HERE! Cuz, it takes time to find the good stuff. So, Guys- take an empty Tropicana Juice .... Or the pick-up & horse trailer. Note* They allow you to leave an entire shopping cart full of goods- near the check-out line, if you have to leave for some reason..... Cover it with a large sheet or blanket & then either return to check out, or continue shopping.....

    • The place was busy, but they/the customers were good about distancing. The place felt clean, the floors were clear and there was enough space to distance at each bin, and distance from the bin behind you. The space was adaquate for a wheelchair and/or mobility aids. I paid about 9 dollars for 2 ok office chairs, they have "personality" but, they were 9$ lol. Will be returning! 10/10

    • I have been a Goodwill shopper all my life. I was born into it so to speak because as early as I can remember my mom would take me to Goodwill for whatever. Anyway I started coming here a week ago because the Goodwill retail store are way too expensive. Anyway last Saturday I was digging through one of the bins and in a paper sack I found what I thought was a letter opener so I put it in my cart. When I got home and went through my "haul" I grabbed the "letter opener" and realized it was a dagger. After a little research I found out it was hand made in the mid 1800's. The last one that sold on Elephant and Co sold for 4475.00. So it was a great day!!!. I will definitely be back a lot.

    • I shop here when ever I'm in the area. Lots of fun to dig through the bins, looking for little treasures. Almost everything is pay by pound, can usually find seriously good deals on large assortment of random items, like (alot of brand new looking & brand name) clothing/shoes for adults & children, electronics, craft/sewing supplies, paper products, books, containers, and much more. Staff mostly helpful & enthusiastic, store clean and bright. I always leave with full cart & a smile. Highly recommend!

    • Yep, it can be dirty, loud, and kinda icky on any given day. Princesses should prolly stick to Macy's. That said, if you're happy to scrounge a little and don't mind the hyper competitive vibe when a fresh bin comes out, there are usually amazing things to be found. I have beautiful antique linen, high end cookware, one of a kind decorator items, and a couple of pieces of very old (and very high quality,) furniture. When people ask where I found my latest treasure I always smile and say that I know of this great little boutique with a constantly changing inventory. It's my not so secret place to kill an hour and usually spend less than a $20 bill. How cool is that?

    • They let hoarders fill their carts with merch ( shoes and handbags mostly)that no one can look at because it is in "their cart" and the cart is put to the side with a sheet over it. The merch will sit in the cart all day...the hoarder might not even decide to but it. Also, I shop with my mother that needs to use the bathroom because she likes to drink coffee in the morning. No Bathrooms...it's not fair...but it is what it is:)

    • I have been to a few Goodwill Outlets now, and this one has friendly service and even empty boxes to load your stuff in, but they really need to remind people and enforce the one person per bin policy, if that's even a thing here. Quite a few people came to the bin I was at and started looking, and one person took something I was going to buy. I'm not about to fight someone in a Goodwill over a 50 cent item, but employees need to remind everyone regularly to stay out of bins that are already occupied.

    • If you're afraid of getting your hands dirty like many of the crybabies leaving negative reviews here, this Goodwill is not for you. But despite the messy experience, it's one of the best places to find cool and unique items for cheap! Besides, if anyone's to blame for unpleasant thrift trips, it's the pushy resellers who don't know how to social distance. No need to blame the store itself.

    • I always take gloves with me. You have to dig through the bins, for whatever you want. People hang around for new bins to come out and swarm them, it's crazy to be there when it happens. Prices are really good, but have to remember that it's stuff that they don't want to sort out for the main Goodwill stores shelves. Lots of broken, stained, torn, don't work, and/or missing parts . Workers are really nice, don't help much, because it's your job to dig, and find stuff, that's the point of the store.
