Items most often Miss price are overpriced. I was told that I could not buy a litter mat that goes to a litter box unless I bought an $85 litter box when the litter mat is sold separately at Walmart or PetSmart will not be shopping there anymore. The little girl behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful will be contacting Management .
Stephanie New owners are not as friendly or helpful as previously 2 owners, prices are a lot higher than when originally opened. The selection and inventory are much larger and organized. Store hours are posted but not followed...been x2 and doors locked in my face with 45 minutes left till closing.. I hate posting negative reviews, but it's frustrating and disappointing.
