I really love the store so much. I always find so much great deals there. And the Staff there are very kind and friendly, they always do their best. The manager Joel is the most kind cheerful person 😊. And that young man, James is really the best ever. And Uncle Ahmed is really helpful and he got a warm smile. Please anyone who is going there, show them a lot of love. 🤍
Inas This is a no for me. Based on reviews, photos and videos I was expecting something completely different than what I experienced. The items available looked like left over items from a bad garage sale or items recovered from dumpsters. Every boxed merchandise had torn open boxes and most of the boxes were empty. I enjoy a hunt like in thrift and second hand stores, but this is not what this place is. I may not have arrived on the right day or at the right time to get deals others are claiming. I can only speak to what I experienced and for me it’s a big no, I will not be returning.
Paul This store isn't everyone's cup of tea. Most people shop here to hunt for good deals, so excellent customer service isn't to be expected here. It's not a department store experience however one of their employees in particular named James is incredibly rude. Seriously lacks any customer service skills, very loud and rude every time I've seen him interact with anyone. The company is doing this young man a great disservice by keeping him hired and allowing him to be rude and nasty with customers.
