Vivian I purchased a DVD player that would not read the disc, I was told I could return it as long as it was returned on the amount of the day it was purchased, in this case it was 11$ day, I do to return it, I was giving many excuses why it could not be returned. Customers should not be treated unfairly, we are the reason you have a business to begin with. I for one will not cross that threshold again, I will say being lied to is one thing I don’t go for, my rating would be a 0 for this establishment, tho 0 was not a choice, the bargain binz didn’t deserve 1star, please people if you shop don’t leave the door without testing to make sure the item works.
