Bin Stores in Kansas City, MO

• Stopped there today. $2 bag day. There was one bin they specifically said was not included. Was looking at an item in a bin marked $1. But the other bins were marked $1 except the one they pointed out. Looked at an item in one of the $1 bins and was thinking about getting it and they came over shortly and put that item in a box and priced it at $20. I mentioned I was thinking about getting it- They told me it was accidentally misplaced. Then after spending a great deal of time sorting through some vitamins and supplements and all and had them in my bag and ready to pay my $2-I\ was informed those were a different price also. So why was it $2 bag day and they don\'t tell you except for one table was not included and you picked from all the others and spent lots of time checking expiration dates ( most were outdated or close to being so-not clear as to what is what price-completely disorganized, not customer friendly. Visited many bin stores and this was one of the worst and unorganized I\'ve been to.

• Birdies is a special little gem in Lebanon. The owner and staff are always so kind, welcoming and helpful. The content of the bins changes often and I can always count on finding cute clothes too. If you are ever looking for something in particular just let them know, if they come across it they will hold it for you. I absolutely recommend checking them out.was informed those were a different price also. • Great prices and somewhat great selection. The sad or negative side is you have to fight the established mafia whom camp there all day putting the "good stuff" aside in shopping carts and then covering them with bed sheets (this is why is difficult to find available carts). Employees know about that but they just don't care, they are busy doing their job pulling stuff from and to the warehouse in a timely manner. No complaints about them whatsoever.

• Love the deals here. Pay by the pound and get alot for so little $ is great. Its also kinda fun too.. but its easy to spend an entire day there going through all the bins. Be sure you have set yourself time to spend there so as you can explore to your hearts content. I highly recommend, but... heads up : weekends can pretty intense at times. .. my advice be respectful but not easy to be pushed around some take this thrifting very serious. It's really not that deep. Have fun !!

• Can't actually go in because they don't even allow infants and I have a breastfed baby who can't take a bottle due to an oral issue. I sort of get not being able to take my toddler (although not ideal), but my infant who doesn't do anything is a big issue. So if you have ANY children under 14, there are better thrift stores with he sales that can make prices comparable. Go to those.
